Weight Loss Hypnosis and Self Sabotage

Don’t we all start diets with the best of intentions and the strongest of resolves? I know I do. We’re even excited because we believe we’ve found the greatest weight loss program and are ready to stick to it come hell or high water.

But then, sometime after the first few days, heck we might even last a week, our resolve weakens and it’s almost like we’re looking for an excuse to cheat.

If you could just stay strong and determined for at least 21 days, you’d have a better chance of losing weight and sticking to your weight loss plan long-term.

But then we make plans to meet with friends at the local hangout, you know, happy hour…free buffet and cheap alcohol. We rationalize to ourselves that we deserve it because we’ve been so good sticking to our diet and we promise ourselves we won’t have more than one lite beer.

Yeah, that’s what we promise but it didn’t turn out that way, right?

Why do we do it to ourselves? Don’t you feel like you’re setting yourself up sometimes, almost on purpose?

I believe it has to do with emotional issues such as if we finally lose the weight we won’t be able to blame our failures on our fat anymore. Maybe some of us are afraid of getting attention from the opposite sex?

Whatever the reasons may be, whatever is lurking in our unconscious minds that is holding us back from taking off the weight permanently, use weight loss hypnosis and self sabotage becomes a thing of the past.

You’ll be able to easily pass up the foods you shouldn’t be eating without even thinking about it when you re-program your unconscious mind with weight loss hypnosis. It’s such a relief to just be able to pass by the dessert table without feeling a single craving!
