Use Weight Loss Hypnosis to Become Hooked on Healthy Snacks

Often the first thing we give up when we go on a diet is snacking. Probably because the snacks we’re used to ingesting are often high in fat or high in sugar. Admit it, when you’re hankering for a between-meal snack, you’re probably not thinking, “Gee, wouldn’t some raw carrots be great about now.”

The fact of the matter is, by using weight loss hypnosis, you can become hooked on healthy snacks that will help you to lose weight and feel great. By visualizing and repeating affirmations while you are under hypnosis you will train your subconscious mind to desire snacks that will leave you feeling fulfilled rather than deprived.

To get started on the right foot, set aside a day where you clean out your fridge and cupboards and remove all the unhealthy food that is there. Once that’s done, write a list of healthy snacks down and take it to the supermarket with you.

Here’s a few suggestions for healthy snacks that won’t derail your diet:

1. Fresh fruits and vegetables. You knew I was gonna suggest those didn’t you? These are the healthiest snacks you’re ever going to find because they are as close to nature as is possible. I don’t have a sweet tooth when it comes to fruit so my favorite fruit snack is a sour, granny Smith apple. You’ll want to choose the type of fruit that provides you with the sweetness and crunchiness you might crave. I love all sorts of vegetables, especially with dips. This is a great way to fill up with lots of fiber, just make sure that the dips you use are low calorie and low fat.

2. Dried fruit. Although a little higher in sugar content than fresh fruit, this can be a really good snacking option when you’re out and about. It almost feels like you’re eating something that’s forbidden but as long as you eat dried fruit in moderation it can be a big help in your weight loss program.

3. Pretzels. This is a great alternative to eating potato chips. Pretzels will give you that satisfying crunch without all the fat. Whole wheat pretzels are your best bet and you might want to try dipping them in peanut butter for some additional taste. If all you’re really wanting is the crunchiness, try baby carrots, broccoli, Cali flower, or celery sticks.

4. Popcorn. This is always a great alternative snack. Just make sure that you air pop it and don’t add butter are other toppings. There’s lots of great fiber in this snack and very few calories.

These are just a very few of the alternative healthy snacks available today. Strange as it might seem, with the help of weight loss hypnosis, you will look forward to eating these types of healthy snacks. How great would it be if all your cravings for the foods that caused you to gain weight in the first place all disappeared?

That is the beauty of using hypnosis for weight loss. You won’t have to struggle with not eating those foods you used to love because your subconscious mind will be convinced that healthy snacks ARE the foods you love!
