Today Is The Day To Do It

Yes It is! This is something I say alot. I have for many years and I still need to. When it comes to weight loss, you just have to keep trying. Its a journey rather than an event and that is the best mind set we must maintain.  This is how Hypnosis can help. It’s a constant reminder of what we are doing and what is our goal. I suggest visualizing success continually.  We can well say it like we see it and move toward that goal.

So today is the day I get back on the weight loss path and go another step toward my goal.

I have had some success. So far I lost 30lbs. That would be great except i weight 300lbs. Well its till good but nothing to rest on. I have been taking it real easy lately but i can feel its time to move on. Lets do this.
