    This is a great explanation of how weight loss hypnosis works. Too many people think it’s a magic wand and they’ll wake up the next day having lost a bunch of weight. Then they get disappointed and give up on hypnosis altogether.

    What is does is change your habits which leads to real, long-term weight loss.
