Here are some tips that have helped me when I decide to cleanse my colon:

  • You need to drink lots of spring or filtered water preferably at least 64 ounces per day. That’s eight 8 ounce glasses of water.
  • Drink fresh vegetable juice or fruit juice to help curb hunger.
  • Do not have any dairy products whatsoever while cleansing your body.
  • Eat absolutely no processed food whatsoever. No white stuff (rice, potatoes, bread, junk, etc.)
  • If you must eat meat, eat chicken or have fish instead. Meat, especially red meat, is responsible for a lot of toxic build up in your body.
  • Eat mostly raw fruit and vegetables.If you just can’t stand veggies raw then steam them lightly.

By adding lots of fruit and veggies to your diet, you’re adding mucho fiber which will help scrape out the debris from your colon. It’s really simple to do this if you commit yourself to it.
